The tramway is the easiest and most convenient way of reaching us. The ticket costs 6 dirhams (0.75 USD) each trip regardless of length. Get out of the tramway at any of these stations:
- Place des Nations Unies (United Nations Square) or
- Place de Mohammad V (Mohammad Fifth Square)
The institute is at two-minutes walking distance.
The main city bus station in down town of Casablanca is located at the Place des Nations Unies (United Nations Square), which is at two-minutes walking distance from us. They cover all directions of the city and travel to various sub-rubs of Casablanca. A bus ticket cost approximately 5.5 dirhams (0.7 USD).
Petit Taxi is one of the key ways of getting around Casablanca.They can be hailed from everywhere in the city. It has a meter that calculates the trip charge. Within the city the charge ranges between 7.5 and 25 dirhams . A petit taxi will drop you at Boulevard de Paris just in front of the school.
If you are coming by car, there are three alternatives to park it:
- The school has 10 parking lots for guests in the basement. However, you need to check with the secretary whether you are entitled to park there. If yes, get sure that you have reserved a lot with exact arrival timing. Reservations are canceled 10 minutes after arrival time.
- There is a big parking place (300 parking lots) at Place Mohammad V. Parking there costs 5 dirhams regardless duration of parking. It is at 2-minute walking distance from the school.
- There are many parking lots at both sides of Boulevard de paris. Parking costs 2 dirhams per hour and the maximum duration for parking is 2 hours. You have to buy the parking ticket from a machine and put it on a visible place within your car. The fine for overdue parking is 300 dirhams, in cash.
There are two railway stations in Casablanca. If you are coming from Rabat, the train will drop you at Casa port station, which is at 7-minute walking distance from the school. Alternatively, you can take a petit tax for 7.5 dirhams. Long distance trains from all other cities will drop you at Casa Voyageurs station, which is quite far for a walk. You will have to take a petit tax for approximately 15 dirhams, which will drop you in front of the school.
We always arrange transport services for our guests landing at Mohamed V airport. We have also an emergency cellular number that can be called 24/24 in case you could not meet the driver at airport. If the school has made a hotel reservation for you, the hotel will most probably arrange your transportation from airport to the hotel. We closely monitor the arrival and lodging of the guest. For guests who wish to come on their own, they should take the train traveling to Casablanca. The train runs about once an hour. The price is 40 dirham for 2nd class and 60 dirham for 1st class. The ticket office is as soon as you go down the stairs. The train will drop you at Casa Voyageurs station. From there you will have a petit taxi to the school or your hotel. The taxi charge ranges between 15 and 25 dirhams. Between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. you should expect paying 150% of the charge.
